Montana Dumpsters

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about renting a roll-off dumpster.

Most questions come down to three things: what size, what it costs, and where the container can sit.

Size follows the debris, not the house. One room of flooring fills a 10; a kitchen with cabinets wants a 20; gut work across several rooms is 30 yard territory. Heavy material — shingles, plaster, tile, concrete, dirt — reaches the weight allowance long before it fills the space, so it changes the answer.

Cost is published per city on this site, by size, with the delivery estimate and the included tonnage alongside it. What moves the final number is the debris type, the weight, how long you keep it, and local disposal rates.

Placement needs a level spot with a straight run in and nothing overhead. On private property that is usually the driveway and needs no permission; in a street or right-of-way it usually needs a permit from the municipality, and we can help make that contact when you book.
